ALTA LODGE ANNUAL SPRING YOGA RETREAT

Alta, UT—The Wasatch Mountains, located outside of Salt Lake City, will be the backdrop for a two-day yoga retreat at Alta Lodge. The retreat is open to yoga practitioners of all ability levels.
Yoga instructors Kim Lynn and Brandi LaCasse will lead seven yoga sessions throughout the weekend. The retreat begins Friday morning with sessions that include: sunrise pranayama, power, inversions, depth, partner, restore and meditation, and an evening Kirtan music session. The retreat concludes on Sunday afternoon. Participants will also have time to hike, rest, relax and read.
The retreat includes two and a half days of yoga and two nights of lodging and meals. Meals include Friday lunch and dinner, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. The price per person is $450 for double occupancy and $550 for single occupancy. Tax and service charge are included in the price.
