Spring Yoga Retreat

RESTING IN THE UNKNOWN
Spring Yoga Retreat with Kim Dastrup and Annastasia Kaessner
Saturday, May 24- Monday, May 26, 2014

2015 Retreat Dates Coming

Kim and Annastasia will facilitate three wonderful days of movement and self inquiry, taking the practice deeper than just the physical asana practice. This retreat will focus on Resting in the Unknown: breathing deeply through discomfort, finding ease in insecurity, and making peace with those places that scare us. We often find ourselves in those in between places where life decisions are unsteady, things feel uneasy and uncomfortable. Drawing from the principles of yoga asana and philosophy, we will practice resting in the unknown, and feeling into the unfamiliar. Over the weekend, Kim and Anna will co-lead 5 in-depth yoga sessions, with daily pranayama and meditation. Please enjoy optional massage sessions with Jennifer Bogle, LMT, music and chanting with Chris Timmins, hot tubs/sauna to be used at your own leisure, gourmet meals prepared by the Alta Lodge staff, and exquisite private or semi-private rooming accommodations.
