2012 Facility Fees
The Lodge is available for a five-hour time period.  Additional time can be arranged on an hourly basis.

Saturday Evening Events...$1,950

Saturday Daytime Events (four-hour time period)
$1,250....50 or fewer guests
$1,550....51 or more guests

Sunday - Friday Events:                       
$1,250.....50 or fewer guests
$1,550.....51 or more guests                

What's included with the Facility Fee:

  • Fresh flowers, color-coordinated on the dining room table and the guest sign-in table.
  • Two changing rooms for your guests/wedding party.
  • Complimentary overnight lodging for the bride and groom.
  • Discounted lodging rates for guests of wedding party.                                                                                       

The entire Lodge, including all guest rooms, may be reserved for your event exclusively.  Please inquire about arrangements and pricing for an exclusive booking.

Deposit and Payment
A deposit is required in the amount of the facility fee to confirm your date.  Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation unless we re-book the date with an equivalent reservation. A $100 handling fee will be deducted from the deposit. Full payment of the estimated total is due ten days prior to the event and is based on your final count.  Beverage services charges will be estimated at this time and included on the bill.  Final payment is due at the close of your event.
