Planning Your Wedding
Alta Lodge weddings are individually designed and coordinated. The facility rental fee includes the following:
• dedicated wedding coordination staff to assist with planning your event and to assist
throughout your celebration
• use of the public areas of the Lodge for a five hour period
• ceremony space
• fresh flowers in the entryway, lobby and dining room tables
• dedicated indoor space for your event in case of inclement weather
• special wedding room rates for your guests
• our gift for the wedding couple: a complimentary stay in a corner room with fireplace,
balcony and king sized bed
With your budget in mind, we’ll assist you with planning a memorable mountain wedding. All events are customized to the individual needs of each wedding. Below are examples of some packages with tax and service charge included.
$2,000 sample package for 50 guests includes:
• bottomless fresh fruit punch
• tiered wedding cake with fresh flower decorations
• one appetizer
· rate is for Sunday-Friday; Saturday available at a higher rate
$5,000 sample package for 80 guests includes:
• one appetizer
• dinner buffet or plated dinner with two entrée choices
• tiered wedding cake with fresh flower decorations
• rate is for Sunday-Friday; Saturday available at a higher rate
$7,500 sample package for 100 guests includes:
• two appetizers
• dinner buffet with two entrée choices
• bottomless fresh fruit punch
• tiered wedding cake with fresh flower decorations
$10,000 sample package for 125 guests includes:
• exclusive use of the Alta Lodge
• three appetizers
• sit-down dinner buffet with two entrée choices
• tiered wedding cake with fresh flower decorations
• bottomless fresh fruit punch
