7 – 8 am Yoga
8 – 9 am Breakfast
8 am Introductions, orientation, and morning skills presentation
9:30 am On-snow: Take some warm-up runs, split into groups and develop goals
12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
1:30-3:30 pm On-snow
3:30 – 5:00 pm Your time – practice your new skills, relax, get a massage, take a hot tub, etc.
5 pm Après ski in Alta Lodge Sitzmark bar (optional)
6 & 7 pm Dinner
DAY 3 Ski day 2
7 – 8 am Yoga
8 – 9 am Breakfast
8 am Morning skills presentation
9:30 am On-snow
12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
1:30 – 3:30 pm On-snow – Afternoon Adventure
3:30 -5 pm Your time – practice your new skills, relax, get a massage, take a hot tub, etc.
5 pm Après ski in Alta Lodge Sitzmark bar (optional)
6 & 7 pm Dinner

7:45 – 9:15 am Breakfast
9:30 am On-snow
